Michelle Yeager

Michelle has been studying and performing with Usiloquy since 2005.After receiving her BFA from the University of the Arts in ceramics; Michelle apprenticed and then became employed by The Moravian Pottery and Tileworks in Doylestown where she currently works. Michelle's true passions lie in dancing, performing, and costume making. Michelle is a teacher and performer of American Tribal Style Belly dance. She trained at the Penland School of crafts as a scholarship winner and is the in house costume maker for Usiloquy Dance Designs and Archedream for Humankind.

Paramita Datta

Paramita began her dance education in India before joining Usiloquy in 2007. She trained for 5 years in Bharatanatyam from the Rajarajeshwari School of Dance in Mumbai. During the course of this training she choreographed and performed in groups and solos in Bharatanatyam and Indian folk styles.

Mansi Bhagwate

Mansi comes from a family abound with writers and performers. Integrating her Bharatanatyam training with social activism, she organized and choreographed performances for youth organizations Blue Ribbon Movement and Child and You, amongst other in India. A former guest columnist to the Times of India, Mansi continues to advance her passion and experience as a Bharatanatyam performer, writer and Occupational Therapist.

Mira Sophia Adornetto

Transplanted from California, Mira's interest in movement began with yoga. She came to Philadelphia where she took a bachelor's in printmaking, staying on as an employee at her alma mater - the University of the Arts. While working at UArts she discovered a love for dance, taking every movement class she could. In 2010, an opportunity to learn Indian Cinematic dance and Bharatanatyam was not to be missed. Several years and a few performances later, she continues to further her Bharatanatyam practice.

Christine Marie Campbell

Christine has sung in the Concert Choir and acted in plays since high school. In 2002, she served as the Vice President of the Multicultural Omni Club, dabbling in Indian folk dance and added Footloose the musical to her dancing experience. She attended Delaware County Community College where she studied theatre. During her studies she attended the John Robert Powers Acting, Modeling and Finishing school. With 2 years of training in Indian folk dance she is studying to receive Bachelors at West Chester University while continuing her training in Bharatanatyam since 2010. In the attempt to learn more about how the body moves, she trained in Modern Dance at West Chester University with Gretchen Studien-Webb. She also studied and observed Kathak with international dancer Sharmila Sharma in Paris.

Julie D'Aleandro Meyers

Julie's passion for dance started in 2010 with Indian Cinematic Dance and has grown ever since. Having performed at local venues throughout Philadelphia as well as having trained and performed abroad in India, her dance career and love affair with Bharatanatyam is only just beginning. In Gujarat, she trained extensively with Suman Seth while learning the fundamentals of Tabla playing. Julie's love for the arts extends well beyond movement and dance, as she currently studies foreign languages and literature at Temple University and enjoys her work with children at foreign language summer camps.
