Andrea K. Durham, Vice President
Andrea Durham serves as the Vice President and Outreach Coordinator on the board. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Ms. Durham loves travel, culture and community organization. Active with several community endeavors, she is the chief organizer of the annual Diwali celebration at the Unitarian Society of Germantown in Philadelphia. She has worked as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since 1994.

Barb J. Baur, Treasurer
Barb Baur serves as the Treasurer on Usiloquy’s board. She is in charge of all activities related to budgeting and financial planning. Apart from being the treasurer of a consulting firm and CEO of the elder concierge firm Creative Aging Solutions, Barb is a jeweler, published author and in-home caregiver.

Laura Geiger
Laura does backstage liaison with the dance company. She is client services manager at Bayada Nurses. Her social work has allowed her to assist a variety of populations as an adoption counselor, research supervisor for a National Institute of Health study, and a case manager for a children’s mental health organization.

David Lynn
David Lynn is president of DAL Services, Inc. His firm’s public interest database, the PPCM, is used by political candidates across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to coordinate the election campaigns. Before becoming a database programmer, Mr. Lynn spent approximately one decade as a fund raiser for various non profit institutions in the Philadelphia area. His unique mix of skills makes him well-qualified to lead Usiloquy's fund raising effort.
David Lynn is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, 1989.

Anita Katti
Anita Katti is a Senior Software Engineer at Reval Inc. who is pursuing her Masters in Financial Engineering from Temple University. Ms. Katti is passionate about animal welfare and volunteers at pet shelters. She also volunteers assembling computers for the needy and participates in food drives.
